Landfill Gas Collection System Installation

Run Energy will:

  • Modify headworks
  • Trench, weld and lay flow line
  • Install standalone wellhead
  • Install in accordance with the attached design drawing:
    • Erskine Park Landfill Gas Project - Leachate System - Dwg RE-ERSKINE-001

Flow line 70 m x 90 mm PN10

Trench, weld and lay flow line to LP004 to a minimum 2 % grade in the landfill cap

  • Connect to 125 mm lateral header line adjacent to well station manifold A
  • Refer to the attached drawing for the location

  • Install a Standalone well head complete with valve, orifice plate and sampling ports

  • It is assumed that the flow line route is accessible by the excavator 
  • It is assumed both scopes will be done under the one mobilisation

Leachate Collection Connection

Run Energy will:

  • Install leachate line
    • Pipe and fittings supplied by Customer/JPG
    • Run to supply bedding sand and leachate marker tape
  • Lay bedding sand for electrical conduit
  • Install in accordance with the attached design drawing:
    • Erskine Park Landfill Gas Project - Leachate System - Dwg RE-ERSKINE-001

  • Excavate trench 600-1000 mm in depth
  • Lay bedding sand and pipework
  • Cover over leachate pipe with bedding sand (approx 100mm)
  • JPG to install electrical conduit on top of bedding sand
  • Cover over electrical conduit with bedding sand and lay electrical/leachate warning tape
  • Backfill trench
  • Lay 100 mm bedding sand to allow the installation of electrical conduit (conduit to be laid by others)
    • sand to allow conduit to be laid over leachate line
  • Install riser at leachate sump for connection to pump
  • Connect leachate line into existing system

 

Note:

  • It has been assumed that JPG will work to Run Energy's work program
  • JPG  will supply the pump, pipe & fittings to connect to the leachate line from LP004 to the leachate discharge point in the leachate treatment compound
  • It is assumed both scopes will be done under the one mobilisation

17-SEP-2022 Andrew Keys 1) Keysy and Marcus loaded up fittings etc at Bingo and Mobilized over to Erskine
2) Located (E) Station and took Photos
3) Cut out and removed (E) Station
4) Raised the Dn160 Lateral line for future use - Used 1 x Dn160mm x 45deg EF Bend & 1 x Dn160mm End cap
5) Drilled hole in riser, tapped and installed test point
6) Excavated existing header line adjacent to Well H073, Drilled and tapped the header line
7) Drained the Condensate off the header line - Checked for vacuum at the (E) Station riser (Good Vacuum)
8) Plugged the drain point in the header and backfilled
9) Relocated (E) station manifold up the the pipe lay down area
10) Cleaned tracks on excavator and took photos

Raised well D05 by 4m

Raised B trap + air an leachate by 3m filled around it ready for another 3m raise.
Exposed E station at header line drilled a test pint in header ( positive pressure )
Exposed header line near well H073 at road crossing, Low spot in pipe drilled a hole in the header ( consistent flow of water coming out of header  line)
Tried to suck out the condensation on the B- trap we raised (  didnt work only like foam coming out of the pump)

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.
